BingEx (NASDAQ:FLX) reported second quarter 2026 revenues of RMB940.3 million, down from RMB1,024.6 million in the prior-year period, as the company faced increased competition and lower margins.

The results compared with Q2 2025, when BingEx recorded higher revenue and net income, while the latest quarter showed lower gross profit and a shift to a net loss.

BingEx reported gross profit of RMB95.5 million, with gross margin narrowing to 10.2% from 12%, while operating expenses declined 14.6% to RMB88.3 million due to lower selling, marketing and research costs.

The company reported income from operations of RMB7.3 million and non-GAAP income from operations of RMB10.8 million, while its net loss included RMB41.7 million in losses from changes in fair value of long-term investments and RMB2.4 million in investment losses.

As of June 30, 2026, BingEx held RMB853.4 million in cash, restricted cash and short-term investments, while the company had repurchased approximately 3.9 million ADSs for about US$11.8 million by August 19, 2026.
