The transaction implies an equity value of approximately $2.25 billion when factoring in current net cash balances.
Airtable currently generates an annual recurring revenue of approximately $480 million after growing over 20% year over year.
Following the announcement, Bending Spoons' share price was up at $36.22.
The proposed deal represents the first acquisition for the company since its Nasdaq listing on July 1, 2026.
This transaction follows the earlier acquisitions of AOL and Eventbrite to expand its growing corporate portfolio.
