Aurora Mobile (NASDAQ:JG) reported a transformative performance for the fourth quarter and full year 2025, marking the company’s first-ever full year of GAAP profitability since its inception.

The Shenzhen-based customer engagement platform reported fiscal 2025 revenue of RMB374.8 million, representing a 19% increase year-over-year.

The company’s shift to the black was underscored by a full-year GAAP net profit of RMB2.6 million, supported by a significant expansion in high-margin service offerings.

Fourth-quarter results were particularly robust, with revenue rising 13% to RMB105.2 million and gross profit jumping 23% to RMB69.7 million.

The company also reported an adjusted EBITDA of RMB11.6 million for the year, signaling a sustainable improvement in operational efficiency.

The primary catalyst for this growth was EngageLab, Aurora’s international expansion brand.

The platform’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) surged 186% year-over-year, reaching the US$10 million milestone.

On the balance sheet, Aurora Mobile maintained a healthy liquidity profile with RMB173.4 million in cash and equivalents as of December 31, 2025.

Looking ahead, management issued a bullish revenue guidance for fiscal 2026, targeting a range of RMB450 million to RMB480 million.

This forecast represents a projected growth rate of 20% to 28%, predicated on the continued triple-digit trajectory of EngageLab and the stabilization of its core developer service business.
