Aurelion (NASDAQ:AURE) reported a net loss from continuing operations of $25.1 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, mainly due to fair value losses on its XAUt holdings as gold prices declined.

The company reported an operating loss of $24.4 million during the quarter, compared with a net loss from continuing operations of $1.5 million in the same period a year earlier.

Aurelion reported a basic and diluted loss per share of $0.72, while its Net Asset Value per share was reported at $2.44 based on 33,318 units of XAUt, including 8,000 units staked into XAUE, digital assets and cash of $134.7 million, and debt of $42.8 million.

The company said its digital asset holdings and cash position totalled $134.7 million at June 30, 2026, with 37.6 million shares outstanding.

Aurelion focuses on digital gold assets and technology infrastructure linked to XAUt, a gold-backed digital asset designed to provide exposure to physical gold through blockchain-based systems.

The company continues to develop its digital asset strategy while managing exposure to gold price movements, which can affect the reported value of its holdings.
