This top-line result was driven by services revenues, which rose 6.2% year over year to $34.6 million.
The company reported a GAAP net income of $0.5 million and a non-GAAP net income of $3.9 million.
Annual Recurring Revenue increased 20% year over year to $84 million, as Conversational AI growth exceeded 50%.
Following the announcement, AudioCodes' share price was down at $9.52.
The company also declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.20 per share, payable on September 3, 2026.
AudioCodes further allocated capital by repurchasing 950,133 shares, leaving $17.4 million under its court-approved $25 million authorization.
