
Atour revenue advances to RMB3.5 billion
- Atour Lifestyle Holdings (NASDAQ:ATAT) reported Q2 2026 revenue of RMB3,490 million, up 41.4% year-over-year.
- Net income increased 29% to RMB548 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 34.6% to RMB821 million.
- The company expanded its hotel network to 2,175 properties and expects full-year 2026 revenue growth of about 30%.
Atour Lifestyle Holdings (NASDAQ:ATAT) reported second quarter 2026 net revenues of RMB3,490 million, up 41.4% year-over-year, while net income increased to RMB548 million as hotel operations and retail sales expanded.
The results compared with the prior-year period as Atour increased its hotel footprint and recorded stronger retail revenue growth, which rose 63.2% to RMB1,575 million.
Atour reported adjusted net income of RMB558 million and adjusted EBITDA of RMB821 million, while operating costs and expenses increased to RMB2,761 million due to higher hotel, retail and marketing expenses.
As of June 30, 2026, Atour operated 2,175 hotels with 242,526 rooms, representing year-over-year increases of 19.2% and 18.4%, respectively, and had 811 manachised hotels in its pipeline.
Atour ended the quarter with RMB3.9 billion in cash and RMB237 million in borrowings, while the company said it expects full-year 2026 net revenue to grow about 30% compared with 2025.
