Arrive AI reports 2025 financials and strengthens liquidity with post-year funding

Arrive AI (NASDAQ:ARAI), a developer of autonomous delivery infrastructure and the "smart mailbox" for the drone era, has reported its financial results for the full year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The company recorded full-year revenue of $113,250 and a net loss of $12.8 million.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue was approximately $15,000 with a net loss of roughly $2.7 million, reflecting the firm's current stage of intensive platform development and market entry.

To bolster its liquidity as it enters a critical scaling phase, Arrive AI announced a $10 million post-year financing draw in January 2026.

This capital injection significantly strengthens the company's cash position, which stood at $2.1 million at the end of December.

The funding is intended to support the continued expansion of its engineering team and the refinement of its AP5 platform, which serves as the core operating system for its automated delivery infrastructure.
