Share

Arbe Robotics (NASDAQ:ARBE) reported an expansion in its first-quarter top line as the automotive technology developer advanced shipments of its high-resolution radar chipsets and consolidated its financial reserves.

The company posted revenue of $0.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2026, a clear climb from the $0.04 million recorded during the same period last year.

The company's total backlog stood at $1 million at the close of the quarter.

The company's bottom-line performance showed structural improvement, with its net loss narrowing to $9.4 million.

Total operating expenses fell to $11.2 million for the quarter, driven by early efficiency measures.

To build upon this baseline, management outlined an internal cost-reduction initiative engineered to lower ongoing operational expenditures by approximately 15% starting in the middle of the second quarter of 2026.

Elsewhere, Arbe significantly bolstered its balance sheet flexibility during the period, raising $18.5 million in gross proceeds through an underwritten registered direct offering.

The capital injection allowed the firm to finish the first quarter with $53.6 million in cash and deposits, while total shareholders’ equity stood at $48.6 million.

On the commercial front, the quarter reflected steady operational milestones across autonomous vehicle channels.

Arbe secured follow-on orders for its Phoenix radar system customized for the robotaxi market and continued volume shipments of its proprietary chipsets.

The company also expanded its deployment platform with automotive supplier HiRain in China and booked its initial commercial sales of fully integrated radar units.

Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its full-year financial guidance for the remainder of 2026.

Management continues to forecast full-year revenue inside a range of $4 million to $6 million.

Concurrently, the company projects an adjusted EBITDA loss for the full year of between $28 million and $31 million.
