Applied Materials announces quarterly dividend of $0.46 per share

Applied Materials (NASDAQ:AMAT) announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.46 per share, payable on March 12, 2026, to shareholders of record as of February 19, 2026.

This marks the eighth consecutive year of dividend increases for the company, following a 15% hike in March 2025, which raised the dividend from $0.40 to $0.46 per share.

In fiscal 2025, Applied Materials returned nearly $6.3 billion to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases.

The company also reported approximately $14 billion remaining on its share repurchase authorization.

Over the past 10 fiscal years, Applied Materials has achieved a 16% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in its dividend per share and distributed nearly 90% of its free cash flow to shareholders, highlighting its strong commitment to capital return and shareholder value.
