Apogee Enterprises (NASDAQ:APOG) reported a 9.2% increase in second-quarter net sales to $391.1 million for the period ended August 29, 2026.

The revenue growth was supported by a $16.4 million initial sales contribution from the newly acquired Kalwall business.

Selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses as a percentage of net sales increased 40 basis points to 16%, primarily due to higher incentive compensation expense, partially offset by cost savings from Fortify Phase 2.

Gross margin expanded 150 basis points to 24.6% as operational efficiency gains under Project Fortify 2 helped offset lower overall shipment volumes.

Apogee Enterprises designs and manufactures architectural glass, framing systems, and high-performance coated glass products for commercial buildings.

Looking agead, management raised its full-year fiscal 2027 adjusted diluted EPS target range to $3–$3.40 following strategic acquisitions and operational cost savings.
