APi Group closes WTech Fire Group acquisition

APi Group (NYSE:APG) said it has closed its acquisition of WTech Fire Group, a European provider of fire sprinkler, suppression, and detection systems.

The acquisition was first announced on April 17, 2026, and is now fully completed as of July 1, 2026.

WTech is expected to generate approximately $175 million in annual revenue and operate with margins consistent with APi’s international fire and life safety business.

The company said the acquisition strengthens its international fire protection and life safety segment across Europe.

APi Group also raised its full-year 2026 financial outlook to reflect the contribution from WTech.

The company now expects net revenues of $8.66 billion to $8.86 billion, up from a prior range of $8.575 billion to $8.775 billion, and adjusted EBITDA of $1.177 billion to $1.237 billion, up from $1.165 billion to $1.225 billion.
