Aon revenue advances 2% to $4.25 billion

Aon (NYSE:AON) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $4.25 billion, up 2% year over year, supported by 5% organic revenue growth and currency benefits.

Revenue growth included a 1% favorable currency impact, partially offset by a 4% reduction from divestitures, while Risk Capital revenue increased 5% to $3.0 billion.

Aon reported operating income of $915 million, up 7%, while adjusted operating income increased 5% to $1.23 billion and adjusted operating margin expanded to 28.9%.

Following the announcement, Aon's share price was unchanged at $352.00.

Human Capital revenue declined 4% to $1.2 billion, while year-to-date cash from operations increased 5% to $986 million and free cash flow rose 4% to $846 million.

Aon also reaffirmed its 2026 guidance for mid-single-digit or higher organic revenue growth, adjusted margin expansion of 70–80 basis points, strong adjusted EPS growth and double-digit free cash flow growth.
