Antalpha revenue falls 28% to $12.2 million

Antalpha (NASDAQ:ANTA) reported unaudited second-quarter 2026 revenue of $12.2 million, down 28% year over year, mainly due to lower technology financing fees following the wind-down of the Cango facility.

Technology platform fees increased 10% year over year to $4.5 million, while total value of loans facilitated declined to $1.35 billion as of June 30, 2026, from $2.05 billion a year earlier.

Antalpha reported an operating loss of $25.1 million compared with $0.5 million in the prior-year period, mainly due to a $22.3 million fair-value loss on XAUt and XAUE held by consolidated subsidiary Aurelion (NASDAQ:AURE).

Antalpha expects third-quarter 2026 revenue of $10 million to $12 million.

The company reported a net loss attributable to Antalpha of $12.5 million compared with net income of $0.7 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA declined to a loss of $27.4 million.

Antalpha said it maintained its record of zero principal loss on facilitated loans and expanded its Web3 AI agent Nina to iOS and Android, with several thousand registered users.
