ANI Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ANIP) reported record Q2 2026 net revenue of $266.0 million, up 25.9%, while GAAP net income reached $24.7 million.

Revenue increased from $211.4 million a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA rose 32.4% to $71.6 million and adjusted diluted EPS increased to $2.21.

Cortrophin Gel revenue increased 43.5% to $117.1 million, Generics rose 9.7% to $99.1 million, and ANI lowered Cortrophin’s 2026 guidance to $520–$540 million.

Following the announcement, ANI Pharmaceuticals' share price was down 5.53% at $78.06 in late-morning trading.

ANI ended June with $360.2 million in cash and generated $115 million of year-to-date operating cash flow while carrying $620.9 million of debt principal.

The company maintained 2026 revenue guidance of $1.08–$1.14 billion and adjusted EBITDA guidance of $285–$300 million as it expands Cortrophin into acute gout treatment.
