American Industrial Technologies (SIMA) expects approximately $45 million in consolidated revenue for the third quarter of 2026, including contributions from its existing businesses and expanded international platform.

The company said the projected revenue reflects operations across artificial intelligence, secure communications, mobility, drones, and emerging autonomous systems.

Meanwhile, AIT signed a non-binding Letter of Intent with SIM Acquisition Corp. I for a potential deSPAC business combination, which includes a 45-day exclusivity period for negotiating definitive agreements.

The proposed transaction could provide a pathway for AIT to pursue a Nasdaq listing, but remains subject to due diligence, final agreements, regulatory requirements, and other closing conditions.

American Industrial Technologies said it continues expanding its technology and manufacturing operations, although there is no assurance that the proposed transaction will be completed.
