American Bitcoin (NASDAQ:ABTC) reported Q2 mining revenue of approximately $67 million, up 8%, after producing 932 Bitcoin.
Revenue increased from $62.1 million in Q1 despite an estimated 12% Bitcoin price decline, while mining costs remained near $36,500 per Bitcoin.
The company recorded a $57.2 million net loss and negative adjusted EBITDA of $45.0 million, improving from respective Q1 losses of $81.8 million and $91.3 million.
American Bitcoin said it will focus on expanding its infrastructure and increasing Bitcoin per share.
The strategic reserve increased 14% to approximately 8,002 Bitcoin, including around 3,090 Bitcoin pledged under miner-purchase agreements, while satoshis per share rose 11%.
American Bitcoin fully energized 11,298 miners during April and ended the quarter with an owned fleet of 89,242 miners providing 28.1 EH/s of capacity.
