AleAnna (NASDAQ:ANNA) reported full-year 2025 financial results on Tuesday, swinging to a net income of $2.9 million as the company’s flagship Italian assets reached operational maturity.

The natural gas producer also reported a full-year adjusted EBITDA of $6.6 million, reflecting improved margins and stabilized extraction costs.

Performance in the fourth quarter remained resilient, with the company generating $9.1 million in revenue and $0.3 million in net income.

Quarterly adjusted EBITDA was reported at $3 million.

AleAnna ended the fiscal year with a solid liquidity position, reporting cash and cash equivalents of $31.8 million as of December 31, 2025.

Operational growth was spearheaded by the Longanesi field, where production has now stabilized at approximately 25 to 30 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d).

Management confirmed that all five wells at the site are currently contributing to the output.

The consistent performance at Longanesi, coupled with successful technical evaluations, led to a year-over-year increase in the company’s proven reserves.

Beyond its current production baseline, AleAnna continues to expand its exploration and development footprint in Italy.

The company recently secured the Gradizza concession, a key component of its long-term growth program aimed at diversifying its geographic asset base.
