Alaska Airlines (NYSE:ALK) revealed on January 7, 2026, its largest aircraft order in company history, committing to purchase 105 Boeing 737 MAX 10 jets and five Boeing 787-10 Dreamliners.

This landmark deal strengthens the Seattle-based carrier's long-standing partnership with Boeing and supports ambitious growth plans for domestic and international routes.

The order, which includes options for an additional 35 737 MAX 10 aircraft, brings Alaska's total Boeing commitments to 245 planes.

Deliveries are scheduled through 2035, with the new aircraft serving both as replacements for aging Boeing 737s and as additions to enable network expansion.

Alaska currently operates a fleet of 413 aircraft across its mainline and regional operations.

With this investment, the airline projects its fleet will grow to more than 475 aircraft by 2030 and exceed 550 by 2035.
