
AIR Global revenue hits $206.9 million amid strong performance

AIR Global (NASDAQ:AIIR) reported first-half 2026 revenue of $206.9 million, up 3.7% year-over-year, driven mainly by FSM revenue of $204.7 million despite lower shipment volumes and regional disruptions.
The results compared with the prior-year period as FSM shipment volumes declined 9%, while price and product mix improvements increased revenue by 14% and helped offset lower volumes.
AIR Global reported an operating loss of $63.6 million and a net loss of $81.8 million, compared with prior-year profit, while EBITDA was a loss of $52.1 million and Adjusted EBITDA remained stable at $71.7 million.
The company reported regional differences in performance, with FSM-Americas adjusted EBITDA increasing 17.2%, Europe declining significantly and MEAA adjusted EBITDA falling 4%, while NGC revenue increased 37.5% but remained loss-making.
For fiscal 2026, AIR Global expects shipment volumes to remain broadly flat compared with 2025, revenue growth of 4%–6% and low- to mid-single-digit adjusted EBITDA growth, while also announcing a $20 million strategic investment in Greentank.
