Accenture (NYSE:ACN) has acquired Keepler Data Tech, a prominent Spanish cloud-native AI and data firm, in a strategic move to accelerate its ability to reinvent core business processes for global clients through advanced intelligence solutions.

Founded in 2018, Madrid-based Keepler specializes in the end-to-end AI value chain, ranging from data strategy and cloud-native foundation building to the deployment of generative and agentic AI.

The acquisition brings more than 240 highly skilled professionals—including technical architects, data scientists, and software engineers—into Accenture’s fold, strengthening its presence in Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom.

Keepler’s delivery model is rooted in a value-realization approach, emphasizing secure, modern data platforms and data readiness.

The firm is recognized for its expertise in industrializing AI delivery through robust DataOps and MLOps frameworks, which allow organizations to modernize their data architecture and scale machine learning models across the enterprise.

Keepler’s focus on ethics, compliance, and observability in AI aligns with the increasing regulatory and operational demands placed on enterprise intelligence.

Its ability to embed intelligence into core business processes through agentic AI—autonomous systems capable of executing complex tasks—is expected to be a key growth driver for Accenture’s technology consulting segment.

Based in Madrid, with a significant presence in London and Lisbon, the Keepler team will join Accenture’s existing data and AI practice.
