  • Zerohash has launched Auth, a service designed to simplify how businesses move assets on-chain.
  • The product aims to reduce friction in blockchain transactions by streamlining authorisation and asset movement.
  • The launch extends Zerohash’s infrastructure offering for companies building digital asset and blockchain-based financial services.

Zerohash launched AUTH, an account-linking product connecting more than 600 platforms and reaching approximately 250 million users across 190-plus countries.

The service simplifies crypto, stablecoin and tokenised securities transfers by replacing manual wallet addresses and blockchain selection with linked accounts.

“Onchain rails scale when users stop thinking about the underlying technology. Usability, trust and control is the inflection point for mass adoption,” General Manager of AUTH Ryan Beaudry said in a statement.

AUTH lets users authenticate linked accounts and authorise transfers without copying lengthy wallet addresses or selecting blockchain networks manually.

The product supports custodial accounts and self-custody wallets, with multi-factor authentication and transfer settings configured by participating platforms.

Supported connections include Coinbase, Gemini, Robinhood, MetaMask and Phantom, giving participating platforms access to established exchanges and wallets.

Zerohash also appointed Beaudry to lead AUTH after his role overseeing global product and operations for Mastercard’s open-finance business.

AUTH aims to make on-chain transfers easier to complete while giving platforms greater control over account access, supported assets and transaction flows.
