MicroStrategy Inc (NASDAQ:MSTR) has secured 950 additional Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) for $75.7 million at an average price of $79,670 per token.
The latest treasury purchase broke a multi-week accumulation pause and elevated total holdings to 846,000 bitcoin.
“At prices below $100 per share, STRC repurchases represent an attractive allocation of capital because they can reduce future preferred dividend requirements at a discount,” Chief Executive Phong Le said in a statement.
Management allocated capital simultaneously toward digital asset accumulation and corporate debt optimisation.
The firm repurchased 1,771,238 shares of its Series A preferred stock for $174 million during the weekly reporting window.
Treasury reserves reflect $5.04 billion in dedicated dollar reserves alongside $1.05 billion in flexible cash balances.
Corporate deployment strategies continue to balance aggressive cryptocurrency acquisition with disciplined capital management across preferred equity structures.
Following the announcement, MicroStrategy Inc (NASDAQ:MSTR) shares were trading up at $165.38.
