  • Southeast Asia’s blockchain companies have raised $680 million in equity funding so far in 2026.
  • The total is more than double the $319 million recorded across 2025, according to Tracxn.

Southeast Asia’s blockchain sector has raised $680 million in equity funding in 2026.

The total is more than twice the $319 million recorded across 2025, but remains below the $2.2 billion raised in 2022.

Just 25 funding rounds have closed this year, compared with 46 in 2025 and 206 in 2022.

Crypto.com accounted for almost 60% of the total after raising $400 million in a Series D round.

Crypto financial services attracted $498 million across 19 rounds, while tokenisation platforms raised $114 million and decentralised application platforms received $77 million.

Singapore accounted for 82.5% of Southeast Asia’s $6.2 billion in cumulative blockchain funding, with Jakarta next at 3%.

Tracxn’s figures show funding has recovered in 2026, while capital remains concentrated among financial services firms and more mature businesses.
