Solana (CRYPTO:SOL) developers require researchers to burn 0.5 SOL when reporting Alpenglow security flaws.

The non-refundable fee applies before Anza checks each report’s validity, severity or duplication.

The programme offers rewards of up to 25,000 SOL for individual findings, depending on severity.

Anza said the full 50,000 SOL pool unlocks only for a confirmed loss-of-funds vulnerability.

Eligible findings must involve Alpenglow code and include proof of the reported issue.

The programme covers Votor, validator integrations and parts of the migration from TowerBFT.

At the time of reporting, Solana price was $76.76.
