Ionic Digital plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq after completing the regulatory steps required for a public market debut.

The Bitcoin (CRYPTO:BTC) mining company said the listing is intended to provide greater liquidity for shareholders and expand access to public investors.

Ionic Digital was created from assets formerly owned by Celsius Network as part of the cryptocurrency lender's bankruptcy restructuring.

The company operates Bitcoin mining infrastructure and has focused on expanding its operations following its formation.

A Nasdaq listing would allow Ionic Digital shares to trade on one of the largest US stock exchanges, subject to regulatory approval and the exchange's listing requirements.

The planned debut reflects continued interest among crypto-related companies in accessing public equity markets despite ongoing volatility across the digital asset sector.

At the time of reporting, Bitcoin price was $64,327.87.
