The purchase has lifted the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 3,521 BTC, strengthening its position as a corporate Bitcoin holder.
Capital B raised about €28.7 million through private placements and another €1.44 million through its ATM programme before the purchase.
The company has said the latest funding will support its Bitcoin acquisition strategy and other corporate needs.
Capital B reported a Bitcoin yield of 2.17%, a measure of how its Bitcoin holdings have grown relative to its share count.
The company’s latest purchase follows its broader strategy of increasing Bitcoin holdings through capital markets transactions and other financing activities.
The acquisition gives Capital B a larger Bitcoin treasury while showing how companies can use new capital to expand digital-asset holdings.
