Canary Capital has launched the first US-listed staked TRON ETF, giving investors exposure to TRON (CRYPTO:TRX) through traditional brokerage accounts.

The Canary Staked TRX ETF trades on Cboe under the ticker TRXS and is designed to stake substantially all of its TRX holdings.

TRON founder Justin Sun said the launch gives institutional investors another way to access the network, calling it “critical infrastructure for the global digital economy”.

The fund keeps 80% of staking rewards after fees, with those rewards added to its daily net asset value.

The ETF carries an annual sponsor fee of 1.10%, which accrues daily and can be paid using TRX or cash.

BitGo Bank & Trust will hold the fund’s TRX, while U.S. Bank will handle its cash and related services.

TRON processed US$2.1 trillion in USDT transfers during the second quarter, while its stablecoin market reached US$89.2 billion.

At the time of reporting, Tron price was $0.339.
