The holdings equal about 4.8% of Ethereum’s circulating supply and are worth roughly $11 billion.
The latest purchase brings BitMine closer to its goal of holding 5% of Ethereum’s total supply.
BitMine has continued buying Ether each week since launching its Ethereum treasury strategy in June 2025.
The company is also staking more than 5 million ETH, worth about $9.6 billion at current prices.
Based on a 2.61% seven-day staking yield, BitMine projects about $287 million in annual rewards.
However, BitMine has more than $8.4 billion in unrealised losses on its Ether holdings, according to industry data.
At the time of reporting, Ethereum price was $1,909.43.
