Binance Futures has launched perpetual contracts tied to the BITO Treasury ETF, giving traders another way to trade ETF price movements.

The exchange said the new contracts support leverage and allow users to trade without owning the underlying ETF.

Binance said the launch expands its futures offering by adding another product linked to traditional financial markets.

The contracts are settled in Tether (CRYPTO:USDT) and are available to eligible users on the Binance Futures platform.

Perpetual futures do not have an expiry date. Traders can keep positions open as long as they meet margin requirements.

Binance said funding fees will apply to keep the contract price close to the ETF's market price.

The exchange continues to expand its derivatives business by adding products linked to both digital assets and traditional financial markets.
