AVAX One regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum US$1.00 share price rule after its stock closed above the threshold for 10 consecutive trading days.

The company completed a 1-for-12 reverse stock split on June 15, reducing its shares from more than 92.3 million to just under 7.7 million.

“We are pleased to have regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement and appreciate the trust our shareholders have placed in us throughout this process,” said AVAX One Interim Chief Executive Officer Pete Wylie.

AVAX One said it holds about 14 million Avalanche (CRYPTO:AVAX) tokens worth about US$95 million, alongside Bitcoin mining operations and artificial intelligence infrastructure projects.

Following the announcement, AVAX One shares rose about 3.6% to US$5.43, although the stock remains down about 70% since the start of the year.

Pete Wylie became interim chief executive last week after the departure of former chief executive Jolie Kahn, while the board searches for a permanent replacement.

AVAX One said it continues expanding its Avalanche treasury, Bitcoin mining and AI infrastructure businesses as part of its long-term strategy.

At the time of reporting, Avalanche price was $6.73.
