
Win Metals secures option for 120,000tpa plant

Win Metals (ASX:WIN) secured a processing plant option to support its proposed 120,000tpa Radio Gold operation.
This agreement follows the company's acquisition of the Radio Gold Mine, completed on Sept. 24, 2025.
The transaction requires an initial $50,000 payment followed by $250,000 in cash and $250,000 in shares upon conversion.
Following the announcement, the Win Metals share price was unchanged at $0.02.
Mining Engineering Services Australia has been engaged to advance engineering and development planning.
Permitting activities have commenced to recommission the existing tailings dam and process plant site.
The company stated that previous metallurgical test work at the project demonstrated gravity gold recoveries of up to 87%.
