Wagners Holding Company (ASX:WGN) released its 2026 financial results detailing $503.9 million in revenue.
The operating earnings result of $67.2 million represents a 61% increase compared to the previous year.
Net profit after tax climbed to $40.6 million, driven by further improvements to operating margins.
"FY26 was a really positive year for Wagners, with strong revenue growth, improved profitability and continued investment in the capacity needed to support future demand," said Wagners Managing Director Cameron Coleman.
The construction materials business generated $382.2 million, while composite fibre technology product revenues reached $93.4 million.
The 22% decline in project services revenues reflects the cyclical nature of this segment – with the completion of two haulage projects.
Following the announcement, the Wagner share price was down at $4.14.
Coleman added that there are also significant opportunities for the group beyond South-East Queensland, particularly in the composite fibre technologies business, with positive customer engagement in a number of international markets.
The company declared a fully franked dividend of 5 cents per share payable in October.
