Volt Group posts $5.1M revenue receipts in FY26

Volt Group (ASX:VPR) reported group ordinary revenue receipts totalling $5.1 million for the first half of fiscal year 2026.

This performance compares against ordinary revenue receipts of $2.2 million reported in the prior corresponding half year.

Net operating cash flow, excluding $0.52 million in acquisition costs, reached $1.85 million compared to $0.27 million previously.

The business stated that full-year revenue and EBITDA forecasts are tracking in accordance with historical total guidance ranges of $11 million to $12.2 million and $4.1 million to $4.8 million, respectively.

Following the announcement, the Volt Power Group share price was unchanged at $0.11.

The group's subsidiary, 4D Delta, achieved quarterly revenue receipts of $1.3 million and expanded its customer asset count to 883 during the half.

Additionally, Wescone contributed $1.7 million in revenue receipts for the half-year period, matching comparative baseline operational metrics.
