USPTO allows Adisyn non-metallic graphene tech
- Adisyn secured an allowance for its third US patent extending its graphene coating technology directly to non-metallic surfaces like dielectrics.

Adisyn (ASX:AI1) received allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office for Patent Application No. 18/574,061 covering a method for coating non-metallic surfaces with graphene.
The regulatory decision follows earlier US patent allowances that were limited strictly to metallic substrates and interconnect products.
The allowed claims cover a process maintained below 400°C that uses Raman Scattering, contact angle measurement, or fluorescence detection for real-time quality verification during manufacturing.
Commenting on the granting of the patent, Executive Chairman Kevin Crofton said, "This patent happens to be built on one of our earliest priority filings, which speaks to the depth of thinking that has gone into this platform from the outset."
The company stated that the protected technique will enable graphene to function as a direct diffusion barrier along sidewalls between conducting wire and surrounding dielectric layers.
Following the announcement, the Adisyn share price was down at $0.12.
The business is focused on developing low-temperature atomic layer deposition processes to solve heating and resistance limits in semiconductor copper interconnects.
The third patent allowance complements Adisyn's existing portfolio of granted method and product claims across metallic and three-dimensional surface applications.
