Trump Midterm Rout Was Protest Vote, Says Reid

Morris Reid, Partner at Actum and former official in the Clinton administration, describes the Democrat sweep of Congress in the US midterm elections as a "protest vote", saying it shows the American people were against President Trump but that's not to say the Democrats now have a mandate.
