  • Tamawood expects to report a 40% increase in profit before tax to $11.7 million for the 2026 financial year.
  • The company increased its cash on hand to $8.3 million while remaining completely debt-free.
  • Higher construction input costs and global events partially impacted profit margins during the period.

Residential builder Tamawood (ASX:TWD) announced it expects its unaudited full-year profit before tax to rise 40% to $11.7 million.

The projected result compares to a profit before tax of $8.3 million recorded in the previous financial year.

The company stated that higher construction input costs and global events partially reduced its profit margins during the financial year.

Operationally, the business reported improved conversion rates despite a moderation in overall customer enquiry levels relative to the prior period.

Following the announcement, the Tamawood share price was unchanged at $2.50.

The company maintained its debt-free status while expanding its cash balance from $3.4 million to $8.3 million.
