
Superloop reports $122.7M full year earnings

Telecommunications provider Superloop (ASX:SLC) reported its 2026 full year results, posting underlying EBITDA of $122.7 million.
This result marked a 33.1% increase from the previous year and exceeded top-end upgraded guidance.
Revenue reached $664.3 million, and the company expects its infrastructure platform will generate ongoing earnings.
"The integration of the Frontier and Lynham acquisitions into Smart Communities has yielded a scaled infrastructure platform that will continue to convert contracted lots into high-margin annuity earnings for years to come," said Superloop CEO and Managing Director Paul Tyler.
Group gross profit grew by $45.1 million to $234.8 million, with group gross margin improving to 35.3%.
The company is targeting its SuperCharge29 strategy; following the announcement, the Superloop share price was down at $3.12.
Over the year, the business expanded its customer base to 935,000 and grew nbn market share to 8.5%.
By FY29, Superloop is targeting more than $1 billion in group revenue, $200 million in group underlying EBITDA and more than 30% reported EPS growth CAGR.
Superloop stated that integrating acquisitions into its Smart Communities segment nearly doubled contracted lots to approximately 190,000.
