
Stealth Group reports sales of $165.1M in FY26
- Stealth Group reported fiscal 2026 total sales of $165.1 million alongside an 86.3% increase in net profit after tax to $5.8 million.

Stealth Group Holdings (ASX:SGI) reported sales of $165.1 million for the fiscal year ended June 30, marking an increase of 13.8% from the previous year.
The performance followed the prior financial year when the business recorded total sales of $145.1 million and a statutory net profit after tax of $3.1 million.
"The sales momentum and growth in profitability in FY26 underpin our upgraded FY28 targets of $500 million in sales and an 8-12% EBITDA margin," said Stealth Group Group Managing Director and CEO Mike Arnold.
The company posted a statutory EBITDA of $14.4 million, up 46.2% from $9.9 million, while statutory revenue reached $146 million.
During the period, Integrated Stealth’s existing buying group with 32 members, $8 million in sales and 126 suppliers, into HBT’s network.
Management stated that the financial results provide a strong platform to pursue upcoming targets and expand operations further into FY27.
The board has declared a fully franked final dividend of 1.5 cents per share, up from 1 cent last year.
Following the announcement, the Stealth Group share price was down at $1.30.
The company operates as an independent distributor and retailer of hardware, industrial, safety, and consumer products across workplace and home sectors in Australia.
