Stakk (ASX:SKK) secured a new international agreement with IBM Corporation (NYSE:IBM) to deploy its artificial intelligence capabilities in Australia and New Zealand.

The new contract extends an existing United States partnership established by ParaScript, an enterprise entity acquired by the software provider.

Stakk IQ CEO Emiliano Giacchetti said, “We are expanding in the U.S. and internationally, building on our established capabilities and relationships to enter new geographies without a significant expansion of our cost base.”

Under the terms, the agreement commences in October 2026 with immediate revenue contributions through its initial term ending Sept. 30, 2027.

Following the announcement, the Stakk share price was up at $0.025.

The company recently secured major institutional enterprise agreements with Candescent and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The consecutive commercial wins are designed to convert global growth opportunities into contracted enterprise revenue for its digital trust software infrastructure.
