SSH Group appoints Dipal Raithatha as CFO

• SSH Group formally appointed Dipal Raithatha as CFO.
• Shares were unchanged at $0.14 following the leadership update.
• The internal promotion follows 12 months of Raithatha performing interim executive duties.

SSH Group (ASX:SSH) appointed Dipal Raithatha as CFO after he performed the executive duties for 12 months.

The formal promotion marks a permanent transition for Raithatha, who originally joined SSH Group as group financial controller in November 2023.

"[Raithatha] has proven his leadership and capability since joining SSH, gaining a deep understanding of the business and playing an integral role in strengthening our finance function," said SSH Group Managing Director Daniel Cowley-Cooper.

Raithatha holds a certified practising accountant qualification and brings over 10 years of experience across corporate accounting, commercial finance, business operations, and financial reporting.

Following the announcement, the SSH Group share price was unchanged at $0.14.

The company stated that the internal appointment reflects Raithatha’s leadership during a period of strengthening its capital management capabilities.
