SportsHero expands catalogue with Giftery.Pro agreement

SportsHero (ASX:SHO) signed a distribution agreement with Giftery.Pro to expand its HeroPlay catalogue with vouchers, gift cards, and e-PINs.
The deal follows prior expanded arrangements as the company broadens its platform beyond basic gaming subscriptions into digital commerce.
SportsHero’s CEO Tom Lapping said, “It’s a great addition to the platform and further expands the range of gaming and digital products we can offer our users, creating more choice, more reasons to transact and additional revenue opportunities for SportsHero.”
The agreement gives SportsHero access to more than 5,000 digital products without any minimum cost or ongoing fees.
This expanded product range provides more reward options for tournament promotions, and following the announcement, the SportsHero share price was unchanged at $0.045.
The agreement reinforces the business strategy to build a gaming, media, and digital commerce ecosystem.
Revenue under the new distribution agreement will be commission-based with varying margins earned on each voucher sold.
