Sonic Healthcare logs $10.87B in annual revenue

Sonic Healthcare (ASX:SHL) reported $10.87 billion in annual revenue for FY26, marking a 13% increase.

The financial results met company earnings guidance, supported by 5% organic revenue growth.

Underlying EBITDA rose 11% to $1.93 billion. During the period, the company closed its LADR Laboratory Group acquisition and noted that integration was progressing well, with synergy realisation on schedule.

"Our three key differentiators, scale and diversification, medical leadership and operational excellence, continue to underpin our performance and position us for future growth," said Sonic Healthcare CEO Dr Jim Newcombe.

The business posted an underlying net profit of $621 million alongside a dividend increase to $1.08 per share.

Following the announcement, the Sonic Healthcare share price was down at $22 as the company advanced its digital and artificial intelligence transformation initiatives.

The enterprise currently operates across 11 markets, delivering essential diagnostic services to over 140 million patients yearly.
