ResMed Inc. (NYSE: RMD, ASX: RMD) has released its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, reporting an 11 per cent increase in revenue to $1.4 billion.

On a constant currency basis, sales grew by 8 per cent, supported by demand for sleep and respiratory care products across major markets.

The company’s GAAP gross margin rose by 290 basis points to 62.2 per cent, aided by improved manufacturing and logistics efficiencies.

Consequently, GAAP income from operations reached $499.8 million, while non-GAAP diluted earnings per share grew 21 per cent to $2.86.

Alongside these results, ResMed announced that Brett Sandercock will retire as Chief Financial Officer effective May 4, 2026.

He will be succeeded by Aaron Bloomer, formerly the CFO of Exact Sciences, who will take over the principal financial and accounting roles.

Mr. Sandercock is scheduled to remain with the company as a special advisor to Chairman and CEO Mick Farrell through the end of 2027 to ensure a smooth transition.
