SKS Technologies Group (ASX:SKS) has reaffirmed its financial guidance for FY27, confirming targets of roughly $500 million in revenue and $60 million in profit before tax.
The clarification comes after market commentary raised questions regarding the company’s exposure to NEXTDC (ASX:NXT) and its M3 Melbourne data centre project.
The company stated that because it has substantially completed its contracted works at the M3 project, the NEXTDC situation will not materially impact its business.
In its official release, the company noted that it holds no other material contracted works with NEXTDC nor any future projects with them in its pipeline.
Following the announcement, the SKS Technologies share price was down at $5.65.
The board reiterated that operational performance remains consistent with the full-year results announced in August.
