
SHAPE Australia posts revenue of over $1.2B in FY26
- SHAPE Australia reported full-year revenue of more than $1.2 billion for FY26, representing a 30% increase compared to the previous year.
- Following the financial update, the company share price remained largely unchanged at approximately $6.75.
- The business stated that the revenue growth was driven by a deliberate strategy to diversify into data centres and modular construction sectors.
SHAPE Australia (ASX:SHA) reported full-year revenue exceeding $1.2 billion for the financial year ended June 30, alongside a net profit of $31.7 million.
The financial performance surpassed the prior corresponding period when annual revenue reached $956.9 million and net profit totalled $21.2 million.
"Our industry-leading Net Promoter Score of +86 reflects the trust our clients place in us, with 85% of FY26 projects from repeat customers," said SHAPE Australia CEO Peter Marix-Evans.
The company continued to focus on diversification, disciplined project selection and capability expansion. This resulted in project wins of $1.3 billion, up 37% on the prior corresponding period.
Following the announcement, the SHAPE Australia share price was unchanged at $6.75.
The board declared a final dividend of 18 cents per share, taking the total declared dividend to 32 cents per share for FY26.
SHAPE enters FY27 with an identified pipeline of $4.8 billion, backlog orders of $628.4 million, and expanded capabilities to drive future growth.
The company operates as a national fitout and construction services specialist that has progressively expanded its capabilities outside traditional office fitouts.
