SCX.ai Holdings (ASX:SCX) completed an initial public offering to raise $40 million at an offer price of $0.30 per share.
The company commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange after finalising its replacement prospectus dated July 20.
Prior to the public listing, active paying customers grew 277% to 49 by the end of July 2026.
Contracted annual recurring revenue reached $6.5 million as of July 31.
Following the announcement, the SCX.ai share price was unchanged at $0.25.
The business continues to expand its infrastructure with Node 1 operational at Equinix SY5 in Sydney and Node 2 targeted to be operational by the end of 2026.
Token utilisation has more than doubled each month between April and July alongside a new partnership with LLMGateway to sell capacity internationally.
