Saunders International (ASX:SND) has secured a $10.4 million contract from Ward Civil to deliver new water storage infrastructure as part of the Wilton Integrated Services Program in South West Sydney.

The project includes construction of an 8ML potable water reservoir, a 1.7ML recycled water reservoir, and associated stairways, walkways, and structural support infrastructure.

The contract will draw on Saunders' specialist capabilities across tank fabrication and other core disciplines, reinforcing the company's growing presence in the Sydney water infrastructure market.

The award follows recent projects, including additional reservoir capacity at Marsfield and a refurbishment at Marayong in Sydney’s North West, and leverages the Group’s expanded national capabilities after integrating Saunders Aqua Metro.

Saunders' Managing Director and CEO Angelo De Angelis said the project "represents an important addition to our water portfolio in Sydney, supporting the region’s growing population and increasing water demand. It builds on our recent Marsfield and Marayong projects and demonstrates the value of our expanded national capability."

Site mobilisation is scheduled for April 2026, with the project expected to contribute to Saunders’ revenue and earnings in FY26 and FY27.

At the time of reporting, Saunders International's share price was $0.80.
