RMA Global appoints new leaders for US strategy overhaul
- RMA Global announced a major executive leadership restructuring to accelerate its strategy in the United States.
- The leadership changes take effect immediately on Sept. 29.
- The board aims to finish FY27 with a materially stronger EBITDA result and run rate.
RMA Global (ASX:RMY) has appointed Benjamin Balk as CEO and Ashley Farrugia as chair to lead an accelerated transformation programme focused on its business expansion in the United States.
The board executive changes follow a strategy transition period where outgoing CEO Jim Crisera resigned and former Chair David Williams moved to a non-executive director role.
Under the updated structured plan, the company stated that it will simplify operations, increase execution speed, strengthen product and engineering capabilities, and accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence.
The business aims to complete FY27 with a materially stronger EBITDA performance while continuing its primary strategic focus across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States.
Following the announcement, the RMA Global share price was unchanged at $0.02.
Balk has worked on business strategy with the company for a year and brings two decades of operational experience across data commercialisation, digital transformation, and software development.
