Resonance Health (ASX:RHT) has signed a global strategic alliance and master services agreement with London-headquartered Image Analysis Group to integrate its quantitative medical imaging services into global clinical trial proposals.

The two-way commercial agreement allows Image Analysis Group to offer Resonance Health's regulatory-cleared tools across its network, while giving Resonance Health access to extended imaging infrastructure that has supported over 700 clinical trials since 2007.

Resonance Health’s CEO & Managing Director Andrew Harrison said, “Our regulatory-cleared endpoints will become available to IAG’s global sponsor network, while IAG’s clients gain access to Resonance’s Australian clinical trial infrastructure and specialised quantitative MRI capabilities.

The agreement contains no minimum volume or revenue commitments, meaning incoming revenue for the business remains strictly dependent on the execution of future individual work orders.

Under the framework, Resonance Health will also act as the Australian in-country delivery partner for Image Analysis Group, providing local ethics, site trial feasibility, and sponsorship services.

The initial 24-month term includes options for renewal across therapeutic focus areas such as muscle mass analysis and metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis.

Following the announcement the Resonance Health share price was unchanged at $0.061.

The healthcare technology company continues to expand commercial pathways for its proprietary core laboratory analysis products, including FerriScan, HepaFatScan, and LiverSmart.
