
Resolute Mining posts US$162.6M H1 net income

- The company recorded a 42% increase in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation to US$323.9 million.

Resolute Mining (ASX:RSG) recorded a 31% half-year revenue increase to US$584.7 million from higher realised gold prices.
This result contrasts with the US$447.5 million in revenue generated during the same period last year.
First-half gold production declined to 104,795 ounces, while the all-in sustaining cost rose to US$2,327 per ounce.
Resolute secured US$155 million in local bank financing and US$31.9 million from the sale of Loncor Gold.
The company stated it expects further financing, and following the announcement, the Resolute share price was up at $1.26.
Capital expenditure reached US$96.9 million, aligning with the company’s full-year guidance of US$310-$360 million.
Resolute stated that group production guidance remains on track for the 250,000–275,000 ounce range.
